Jim Lorenz has been in the real estate business in the greater Sapphire-Lake Toxaway, NC area since 1981.
Jim has extensive experience in land development and building. Both came in handy when he was employed by Sapphire Lakes and Lake Toxaway Company in the 80’s. In 1992 Jim built and has operated his real estate business and The Sapphire Country Store
